Returns & Exchange Policy :

Nutra Divine and its website do not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

We will accept the exchange within 7 days of the sold products through our website, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below: 

  1. The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport.
  2. The product has an expiry of fewer than 1 month.
  3. The product is lost during transit.

The buyer has to inform Nutra Divine or the website of his/her intention to exchange the broken products within 2 hrs. of receipt of the products at his/her shipping address. 

Such damaged products should be sent to Nutra Divine after you receive a written email consent from us to send back the product. 

All replacements will be made after the returned shipment of the product is received by Nutra Divine. The courier charges for returning the damaged cases will be totally borne by us.

Return orders are to be sent back to the address from where it was dispatched to be confirmed from Nutra Divine.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases: 

  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies. 
  • No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy. 
  • From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded in the customer’s mode of payment. 
  • No returns will be entertained for any other reasons and conditions mentioned. 

No refunds will be given in the following cases :

  • Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer 
  • Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises 
  • Refusal to accept products 
  • Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself 
  • Force majeure event
  • In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer 

COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  • Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Nutra Divine reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  • The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
  • The coupon may only be used only on our website and not on any third-party e-commerce sellers.
  • The coupon is limited to one coupon per customer.
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
  • Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products as per the Shipping & Return Policy.
  • Consumers are required to pay any applicable taxes related to the use of the coupon.
  • Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS :

In case of any discrepancy do not worry just write us at support@nutradivine.in We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. The courier charges for returning the damaged cases will be borne by us.

Such damaged products should be sent to Nutra Divine after you receive a written email consent from us to send back the product.

Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and the bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet please allow 5 -7 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
