Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes.

How can I return an item?

The buyer has to inform NutraDivine or the website of his/her intention to exchange the broken products within 2 hrs. of receipt of the products at his/her shipping address.
NutraDivine Will pick such damaged products after you receive a written email consent from us.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, every item mentioned on our website and App will be restocked as soon as possible. You can subscribe to items that are currently out of stock, and you will be notified by email and SMS.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge depends on product weight and location from where you buying. There is no shipping charge for order more than ₹500 /- 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.

My refund is incorrect, what should I do?

Please write us at support@nutradivine.in

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

Yes, we also refund the delivery charges if you return the product for any reason.
